Do I need to be home during service?
Nope! As long as your yard is accessible, we’ll handle everything.
What if my gate is locked?
We’ll send you a text before your service and a reminder email. If we arrive and cannot access your yard, the visit will still be charged. We’re always happy to reschedule once access is available.
Can my dog be in the yard during service?
Friendly pups are welcome to stay in the yard during your scheduled visit. If your dog is anxious, protective, or uncomfortable with us entering the space, we may need to stop the service for everyone’s safety. In that case, the visit will still be charged, and we’re happy to reschedule when your dog can be kept indoors.
Do you take the waste with you?
Yes. All collected waste is removed from your property.
